This is my 300th post since I began Blogging in 2014! I am working on Marsha McCloskey Star of Chamblie at this time.
I have 9 blocks to make and have finished 3 and 2 more ready to sew! I am becoming more comfortable in the cutting and sewing of the very technical and complex blocks.
Progress so far:
I am using Moda Marble Mates Blue and remaining fabrics from Marsha’s website.
The only thing I do not like doing a post on my phone is not being able to provide a link to my earlier posts. Please check out my beginning post on 3 March for more of the process.

Hi Nanette! WOWEE!!!!!! These blocks are gorgeous. I just LOVE that background fabric with the blue. There is not one single thing I dislike about this. I can hardly wait to see how this comes together and how you quilt it when it’s a quilt top. Those look like REALLY small HSTs, and they look perfect. Really, really, really nice job. I love this, if I didn’t make it clear. ~smile~ Roseanne

Thank you thank you Roseanne! The HSTs are 1 1/2″ A lot of getting used to cutting with an extra 1/16th of an inch! This is not for those who hate math! LOL. It will be sent out for custom work as I could not do it justice. I am getting better on the cutting and putting the blocks together as it is a slow process – such precision is required.
