Tuesday 28 May 2024 and a Finish!

Greetings from the South Texas Heat Wave! The big Eczema is under control-partially! Looking like a visit Thursday to my Knitting Group!

Today I finished my Scrappy Churn Dash Quilt Number. I made 79 Churn Dash blocks in 2022. I had put them aside in August 2022 to finish quilting 18 of the 40 quilt tops hanging and patiently waiting to be finished. 13 were sent out for quilting by a professional quilter. I have 10 to hand quilt if my thumb can take it!

I am happy to say now that I now have 5 quilts to quilt, 4 were UFO’s and one small new one. I will be preparing backs and battings for the remainder of this week!

Here are the pictures of the 5 that will be going on the long arm soon.

I am anxious to have them all quilted so I can start on my next Project! It will be my 2024 Challenge quilt.

A short political statement to ponder on! Old crazy has been Actors need to get a mental checkup! And does anyone know who is running our Country?
