Greetings. I have been able to finish only 2 of the 8 blocks I had hoped to have completed.
I am making the others a priority this month for sure and now I am behind 2 more. Looking like an applique month after I finish Alexander Bean Pot.
Ms Jan did a beautiful job on her 2nd set of 4 blocks for the top right hand corner!
She did A beautiful job on her Sunflower.
Have a great weekend!

This September Karen and Cathy selected Celebrating Mary Brown as their next project and invited anyone to join in the fun! The following quilters are participating. We will be showing completed blocks on the 30th of each month! Take the time to visit them to see their completed monthly blocks! If interested let Karen know you are interested in joining the group.
Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and congrats on your finish.

Your Celebrating Mary Brown blocks are looking great. I love the shades of green you have selected – so pretty. Hope you’ll have more time to spend on CMB this month so you won’t feel so rushed. Sorry about the 9-patch frustration. Alexander Bean Pot is going to be a beautiful quilt. I love high contrast and that exactly what you have in this quilt.
Jan’s sunflowers are dazzling, I love the fabric she chose for the centers of the flowers.

Thank you Robin. I am so glad I ordered more fabrics! I was short on greens. Things are working out now. Thank you for the cudo’s On my contrast!
Jan has won 2 or 3 Best of Show in the San Antonio and New Braunfels Tx shows. She is a great Appliquer and takes her time to get the right fabric and beautiful applique! Hugs

Thx Kathy. Thinking low on Vitamin D and doubling up on my Lamp – if my hunch is right, I will be able to do more without getting so tired, or just not in the mood – V-D is so so important as we age – who me? LOL
