March did not yield the finishes I wanted to – life got in the way – along with stupid Caremark (Grrr). So my March leftovers will now carryover into April.
- Flimsy’s to be Quilted (LA)
Rosemary Youngs Happy Scrappy BOM
Enduring Legacy - Complete Nesting Blocks(All Applique) 2 blocks completed, 1 more than halfway, and then prepare the border.
- Mountmellick – Complete Section 3 and 4 (borders)
- RSC 2018 – Squared Away blocks for April – colors will be yellow and gold.
- Finish My Texas Quilt (designing the setting and sewing into a Flimsy)
- Brinton Hall – Finish sewing the corners to the Medallion – This is an English Paper Piecing project.
- Indian Summer – Continue on with handing quilting.
If things go much smoother than March, I should be able to achieve my April goals! Happy Stitching!

Still an ambitious list; may April be more productive than March was! But take time to enjoy Spring! I am finally seeing the crocus bloom, and lots of buds and bulbs peeking out!

Yup – but you know, it shows me just how much time is required to catch up with UFO’s. I think my goal at the end of this is to make a quilt, finish a quilt – completely before going on to another! Now for me that will be hard…. LOL. It is so pretty here with all the green and we did receive a little rain last night! Have a great day.

Good luck meeting your goals but remember to not push yourself too much.

That is my problem, I push! Maybe we need to go pay the machines for a few days! LOL.
I am trying to not get overwhelmed. What is nice is that I can always switch to something else, or just do not work on them for a day. Good advice!

I just wish a magic wand could be waved and they would all be done. I believe this is the first time I have decided to do this. More fun to come and just make tops, but then they are not quilts yet! Humm. Thank you for the cudo! Have a great day!

You will certainly be busy. Can’t wait to see the “Nesting”. 🙂

I just need to finish the birds and Block 3 will be finished. One more block and then I realized that I have a border to do! THEN it will be hand quilted, but not at 1/2″ it will be 3/4″ Have a good day!

So many wonderful tops, all so deserving of being quilted and put to a purpose. But pacing yourself is equally important and enjoying the journey too. I remind myself of that too.

Well, I paced myself yesterday – we took a day trip just to do something different than hobbies! It was fun! Thank you for the nice comments.

Ambitious list, but I have those too. They help me stay organized and make progress on my UFOs, and I’m sure that’s how it will work for you too! These projects are all lovely–my only problem here would be choosing which ones to work on! Thanks for linking to Wednesday Wait Loss!

Some days provide a lot of energy to do the LA, then some days I want to piece, then there are the days I want to just sit and do hand work. I really need to spend 2 days doing hand work, as I have taken a few days away to change the scenery and now back to working on those UFOs. It does help to stay organized. Thx for the comment.
