Here we are – on the eve of March 2018! My OMG for the month will be the following!
- Flimsy’s to be Quilted (Longarm)– Absolutely No Progress Yet
Rainbow Regatta
Rosemary Youngs Happy Scrappy BOM
Enduring Legacy - Complete Nesting (All Applique) 2 blocks completed, 1 more than halfway, and then prepare the border.
- Complete 2007 UFO BOM – 6 easy blocks to applique
- Mountmellick – Complete Section 3 and 4 (borders)
- RSC 2018 – Squared Away blocks for March
- Finish My Texas Quilt (designing the setting and sewing into a Flimsy)
If I complete these goals early in the month (LOL) I will work on Brinton Hall
I am only 3 years behind in my projects, but boy when the Unforeseen Requirements go away, catching up is easier than I thought! We will see! LOL
Regatta a 2018, Happy Scrappy BOM a 2014, Enduring Legacy a 2015, how about that 2007 UFO, Mountmellick was a dream in 2014 and started in 2017, Texas , Margaret Potts was a 2015 project. How the time flies and those UFO’s add up!
Have a great day!
That is a nice list of projects. I hope you get them done. Hugs

I am really hoping to complete the goal. I may backslide a little, but being retired and no issues this year, I should be able to do it! (OK I guess I had better get the salt out to eat my hat if I do not make it! )LOL

Your list seems like a lot to accomplish in one month. Or am I misunderstanding?

It is if I do not get a quilt loaded tomorrow. They quilting is doable. It is the hand work that may go slower than I want. The Texas quilt will take me about 2 days because I have to design the setting. But if I get half done I will be happy!!!!

Hi Nanette,
You are going to finish all six items for your March OMG?!! You are one ambitious lady, but I have NO doubt you can get it all done. I am looking forward to seeing your posts about each one as you knock them off your list. ~smile~ Roseanne

Well, wish me lots of luck. I need to load a quilt tomorrow and start on it. If I fall down on anything it will be the border for Nesting, but if I finish the 4 blocks I will be happy.

The were continual for us from April 2014 until January 2018. We both lost our first born children within 18 months, and May 2017 thru Jan 2018 was health issues. BUT all is well now and we are back to normal (as we can be). I need the goals to keep me focused and to realize that it is possible for me to get back to producting my quilts! Have a great day and thx for commenting.

I did the hard ones when I started and kept going. Then when things went South with family for 3 years I turned to the easier ones as I know that creativity goes away under stress! But I am trying to get back to where I left off! Have a wonderful weekend.
