Hooray for me!!! I finished the 3 blocks for RSC 2018 using the Squared Away Pattern. I am pleased with this little project! The camera did not pick up the fact that the centers are 3 different blues, but that is OK. I am making the 10″ blocks and it is fun to work with larger blocks for now.
Have a great day!
Oh, the blocks look even better together. They are going to be a beautiful quilt. I love blue and white together, and I can see the difference in the blue centers. I am so glad that you are feeling better.

Thank you Kathy, I wonder how it will look with red and white! I am sure that that will be a color in this RSC 2018.

The blues are so pretty, beautiful blocks. 10″ finished blocks, this will make a good sized quilt, very different from most of your projects. Glad you got to accomplish something.

Beautiful blocks! Are those hand dyed fabrics? They have a great texture.

No they are batiks – I have a large collection of them and the favorites are the Hoffman 1894 collection. The white is a Windham fabric that has a excellent thread count and works well with batiks. I do not mix my batiks with other cottons that have a lower thread count.
